The sweet, aromatic flavour of banana presented differently in the contrasting textures making up the dessert. A crumbly shortcrust base combines with soft banana cream, then a diced banana custard releases an incredible freshness on the palate while the cinnamon cream adds a further spicy, woody dimension in a surprising aromatic bouquet. Finally, the banana caramel rounds it all off with an intense, sweet note.
