Freshness for the palate. The intense, fresh fragrance and mildly sweet and semi-tart taste of PGI Amalfi Coast lemon is encapsulated in a very light mousse and melt-in-the-mouth custard. Yet rounding off the flavours once on the palate is the unexpected sweet note of caramel. Then emerging at the very end, delicate notes of almond that persist in the mouth after tasting.
