Like the notes in a sweet melody, this dessert is a soft sequence of flavours that take us back in time to our childhood, when the combination of caramel and chocolate made us inordinately happy and satisfied until we began to feel a little guilty. Immediately afterwards though, those sensations are rounded off harmoniously by new exotic, aromatic combinations of yuzu and mango.
