The message it contains is very powerful and highly topical. There are many ways of getting to the future, but one of them is undoubtedly taking care of life by making the world a better place for everyone. The hexagon is an iconic element of the beehive, a highly delicate, unique place that represents the fragile equilibrium which regulates nature.
The concept draws attention to the sustainability - in patisserie as well - of every action, such as the respect for the life of others (rights and health) and nature which is an essential pre-requisite on our journey towards the future.
